That call — sung by Michael Jackson to a generation — never really faded. It became the quiet conviction behind this organisation.
Heal The World takes that spirit of universal love and care — for people, animals, plants, nature and the planet — and turns it into a working institution. Not a tribute, but a translation: from a feeling millions of people carried in their hearts, into an incubation ecosystem, a training network, and a village-transformation program that people can actually walk into and be part of.

Constructivism holds that people don't learn by being handed answers — they learn by building, experimenting, failing safely and constructing understanding for themselves, guided by mentors who care. That single idea shapes everything we do.
We don't lecture entrepreneurs into success. We hand them workspace, mentorship, seed capital and a peer cohort, and let them construct their own Minimum Viable Product through 100–500 day incubation journeys. We don't lecture farmers into modern agriculture. We hand them a Farmer Unique ID, real-time data and Agrilab consultancy, and let them build better decisions season by season.

Santosh Talaghatti and Ana Ji arrived at Heal The World from different directions. One spent fifteen years building things — institutions, digital systems, agricultural programs, learning platforms — the visible architecture of impact. The other spent fifteen years listening to what happens inside people while all of that is being built: the strain on the heart, the fog in the mind, the conversations that break down at exactly the moment they matter most, the strategic decisions made by leaders who were exhausted long before anyone noticed.
Between them, they kept meeting the same truth from opposite sides — that no institution, however well-designed, survives on strategy alone, and no healing, however deep, stays contained to one person for long. That recognition became a partnership, and the partnership became Heal The World: a place where empathic leadership and institution-building are not two different jobs, but one continuous act of care.
With over fifteen years of experience across change management, e-governance, agriculture and education, Santosh has spent his career building the systems that let good intentions actually reach the people they're meant for — incubation centers, digital classrooms, farmer networks, skilling programs. He founded Heal The World to give that same rigour to compassion itself: to make healing something you can design, deliver and scale, not just something you hope for.
He leads the Hub's overall strategy, partnerships and institutional growth, holding the long view while staying close to the people the Hub exists to serve.
Ana Ji brings fifteen years of experience in empathic leadership, emotional wellbeing and the quiet, difficult work of healing what breaks down between people — strained hearts, cluttered minds, communication that has stopped working, and the strategic decisions leaders make when no one is looking after their own wellbeing. Her work has always started from one belief: that clarity and compassion are not opposites, and that the best decisions come from people who feel safe enough to think clearly.
At Heal The World, she shapes the Hub's approach to emotional wellbeing, healing programs and human-centred leadership — ensuring that as the organisation builds outward, it never stops tending to the people building it.
